i've always loved fiddleheads!

But I never knew you could eat them! I figured this out at the Ferry Building Marketplace in San Fran when they were selling them next to other produce. Then I learned a little more about them in this hippie mag my mom got me called Whole Living. Saute fiddlehead ferns with leeks and toss with pasta. My interest is piqued.
