Don't be fooled by this drink's simplicity. It is gooooood. A hint of orange and a tangle of bitter and sweet on the backdrop of champagne. It's very fun to sip.
Ingredients for four:
2 tsp of finely grated orange zest (about one orange)
2 tsp of sugar
What you gotta do:
With a mortar and pestle muddle the orange zest and sugar into a paste. Plop about half a teaspoon of the paste into each champagne flute. Then add about 5 drops of bitters to each glass. Last, fill the glasses with champagne. That's it my friends.
