snack time: pita and tzatziki

I always thought making tzatziki would be difficult. Not sure why I thought this exactly because as it turns out it's pretty simple. The most import thing is to buy good Greek yogurt. I reccommend Fage. Take two cups of yogurt, and grate a cucumber directly into it. Then add the juice of one lemon and a little salt. Stir it all together and you're done! Grill up some pita and serve with tomatoes and feta cheese too.
