If you're like me, sometimes you might be a little over zealous in your fruit purchasing. And sometimes that fruit threatens to go bad. What started out as drink to use up old fruit, actually turned out to be a delicious experiment.
Ingredients for two:
fresh ginger zest
2 shots pear vodka
Combine the juice of the citrus fruits. Pour a shot of pear vodka into each glass over ice. Evenly distribute the citrus juice into each glass. Zest ginger directly into glass to taste, but remember a little goes a long way. Top with tonic water. Stir it all up. Then, for garnish, slice grapes lengthwise and add to cocktail. Now it's tasty and pretty!
