snack time: roasted garlic

Roasted garlic is the best. The only problem is that it makes you stink. So I wouldn't really recommend eating this then going out in public. Best enjoyed in the privacy of your own home. To make it, simply lob off the top of a garlic bulb. Wrap it up in foil after it's been drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour or until cloves are very tender.
