drink it: the clover club cocktail

So my husband and I only took a few sips of this pretty little concoction. We were just a little too weirded out about it. It has raw egg whites in it. Give me cake batter and cookie dough, and I'll eat it right up. Sushi and steak tartar too. But drink a raw egg, not so much. I didn't even use raw egg in my yummy eggnog. At least I attempted to conquer my fear this time though. Go here, if you want to give it a whirl yourself.

  1. I tried a bourbon cocktail that was made with egg yolk a couple of weekends ago. I had trouble wrapping my mind around it but it was really delicious!
