snack time: dark chocolate rosemary fondue

The perfect treat for you and your valentine sweet heart. In a sauce pan over low heat melt about 10 ounces of dark chocolate in about one and half cups heavy whipping cream. Don't let it boil! Just hot enough for it to melt. Add a some rosemary sprigs while the chocolate is melting for another dimension of flavor, but remove before serving.
