Sam had to take a PT test to see how brawny he really is. With all the yoga I've been doing lately, I was curious to see how I would fare on the pushup (not modified on knees) and sit up (not crunches, but torso all the way up to knees) portion. Turns out, I hang with the ladies in Sam's class who have been training for this test, and I got 45 pushups and 48 sit ups. You get two minutes for each portion and you just go for it. Well today, I'm rather sore and I can't lift my arms properly, but it's good to know that the yoga is working.
